2. Refunds and Replacements

You received the wrong item(s)
Your order never arrived (and was not marked as delivered)
To request a refund or replacement:

3. Non-Refundable Situations
We do not offer refunds or replacements for:
Orders reported more than 48 hours after delivery
Products that were stored improperly after delivery
Incorrect addresses provided by the customer
Minor cosmetic damage (e.g., broken chocolate pieces that don’t affect taste or quality)
4. Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 1 hour of placing the order, provided they haven’t been processed or shipped. After this time, cancellations are no longer possible due to the nature of our fulfillment process.
5. How Refunds Are Processed
Approved refunds will be credited back to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
