All orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1 to 2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding UK bank holidays) after we receive your order confirmation and payment.

- Delivery Timelines: The “7-10 working days” for Standard Delivery is an estimate. While most orders arrive within this window, please allow up to 9-15 working days for delivery, especially during busy periods, to remote areas, or due to unforeseen carrier delays.
- Highlands & Islands: Deliveries to these postcodes may take an additional 2-3 working days.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive a dispatch confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to monitor your parcel’s progress. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become active on the carrier’s website.
Delivery Instructions & Address
- Accuracy is Key: Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
- Safe Place & Neighbours: If you are not home, our carrier partners may leave your parcel in a secure, designated ‘safe place’ or with a neighbour. You can often specify preferences via the tracking link.
- Failed Delivery Attempts: If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the carrier will leave a card with instructions on how to rearrange delivery or collect from a local depot. Unclaimed parcels returned to us will be eligible for a refund of the product cost only, not the original shipping fee.

We make every effort to meet estimated delivery times. However, occasionally delays can happen due to:
- High carrier volume (especially during holidays).

Lost or Stalled Parcels
If your tracking shows no movement for more than 10 working days for Standard delivery, or if the estimated delivery window has passed, please contact us at info@chocolatesworld.shop. We will initiate a trace investigation with the carrier to locate your order.
Important Notice
Choco World is not liable for delivery delays once the parcel is in the hands of our trusted carrier partners. Our responsibility ends when we provide the parcel to the carrier and provide you with a valid tracking number. In the rare event a parcel is lost in transit, we will resolve the issue in line with our Returns & Refunds Policy.
